Remodel Works did an outstanding job in my bathrooms, hallway and laundry room. They came in and saved the day from a different company that filed bankruptcy and left me hanging in the middle of my remodel. I was nervous and skeptical at first, but it didn't take long for me to put my entire faith in the hands of this company. Dawn Olsen was my original designer and when she moved to this company, I felt comfortable giving them a chance since I could still work with her. So glad I did. I met with Dawn and John DeLuca and they finalized the design and had everything scheduled. George, the owner even called me which helped put me at ease as well. Danny Navarro was my project manager (outstanding) and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I could expect a daily call to update me or even make extra suggestions - which turned out to be such great ideas. Bob and/or Ashley (also outstanding) were on site almost daily - started early and stayed all day, cleaned up daily and made sure that I could still live in the master bedroom during the remodel. They were ahead of schedule throughout the entire remodel - it was so great to come home from work every night and see the progress that they made. The best part of my remodel is looking at my finished project every day and telling myself that it was a blessing in disguise that I had the opportunity to work with these really wonderful people and company.

We needed to remodel the primary bathroom in our recently built townhouse after seeing some issues. We worked on the design with John DeLuca, Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer, who helped us pick the tiling, flooring, fixtures, and cabinetry down to the last detail. It was obvious from the very beginning of discussing and envisioning the project that John loved his job in designing bathrooms and kitchens, which made it fun for us to deal with what seemed to be overwhelming decisions for us. After the planning was done, the Project Manager, Clint Keaton, oversaw the execution of the project, from demolition, to tiling, drywall, plumbing, installation, painting, and clean-up. All of the contractors who worked for them were very professional and polite and very respectful of our living space. A big shoutout to Marcel, who was part of the team and clearly took a lot of pride in his work! All in all, Bath and Remodel Works finished our bathroom ahead of schedule, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result! Big thumbs up!

Remodel works did an amazing job! Design - working with Kate was an absolute pleasure. Trying to decide what you want in a kitchen is hard enough with tons of choices. Kate took the time to interview us to determine what it was we liked and didn't like. When we would get stuck trying to decide, she would make suggestions and show us what works together and how it would look in the kitchen. Without Kate, we would likely still be trying to decide on different design elements. Her keen sense of style along with her ability to picture what we wanted made design choices easy. Construction - Contruction can be a pain. Something will always go wrong as that is the nature of construction. Daniel was there every step of the way and took care of everything from the sub-contractors to helping adjust the installed shelves. His attention to detail and more importantly his attention to customer service make Remodel Works are exactly what you want in a contractor.

I retained their services to remodel my master bathroom and guest bathroom. Best decision I could have made. The experience with Remodel Works was perfect from beginning to end. Their designer, John De Luca, transformed my ideas beautifully into a 3D-CAD drawing to capture my desired result. The Project Manager for the job, Dan Waldie, was exceptional. He provided thorough oversight of his team and a day to day customer schedule so I knew what was happening every day. Their work was detailed, efficient and adhered exactly to schedule. The Remodel Works team were very pleasant to work with. I love my bathrooms!! They turned out beautiful!! Thank you Remodel Works!

We were blessed with meeting the Kitchen Magician, John DeLuca. I am helping my 85 year old Dad as he recovers from pneumonia and a three week hospital stay. He is the original owner of this home built in 1986. The interior of the house is in complete disarray and outdated. John spent almost two hours listening, measuring, and discussing design ideas. He handled my "slightly grouchy" Dad extremely well! The next day, we had absolutely beautiful renderings of what the new kitchen will look like right in our email! Top notch! John knows exactly what he is doing. A true professional and wonderfully personable. I already know this is the company for us to do business with. John DeLuca did not pressure us, nor did he get intimidated by questions or doubts my Dad had. This is the designer and the company for us!
